Pelican Place Guest Cottages is situated in the tranquil, leafy and well established suburb of Durbanville, the “jewel” of the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

It is a 20-minute drive to and from Cape Town International. Within 5 minutes drive away from the Guesthouse; one can enjoy top class sporting activities such as stunning golf courses and tennis courts, renowned shopping centres and other recreational theme parks and playgrounds such as Ratanga Junction (15 minutes away) and Grand West Casino. The Accommodation
Pelican Place caters for up to 15 guests in four luxuriously furnished, fully equipped one-bedroom cottages. Each with a private entrance, private bray (outside barbeque) entertainment area, TV with M-net and DSTV channel, a secure parking bay behind a electronic gate and an on suite bathroom.
All set around the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and tranquil garden area. Also available Bed & Breakfast rooms with a bar fridge, TV and an on suite bathroom. All units are serviced daily.
