Selati 103 Guest Cottages are a Highly Recommended 3 Star Guesthouse, offering B&B, self catering and room only in a secure Village 2km from the famous Kruger National Park. We offer a lovely break-away facility for the family who needs a base for a visit to the Park, the scenic Lowveld, and attractions of Mpumalanga.
Less than 2 km from the Kruger National Park`s southern gate (Malelane Gate), the N4 , 45 km from Mozambique, 35km from Swaziland, 1km from a Club offering golf and sport facilities, 2km from the acknowledged number one golf course in South Africa – Leopard Creek and fFor fine dining, there are 2 Restaurants within 2km from us and a couple of diners in Malalane town. Malelane Airport is a mere 4km away.
Selati 103 has a large 1 ha sub-tropical garden with a stunning swimming pool, large lawn areas and offer all you need for a comfortable stay. We offer the following Facilities/ services:

Rooms
All the guest cottages have air conditioning and en-suite facilities.
Private outside entrance to each unit with a private braai facility at each unit.
Each cottage is individually decorated and has a fridge, microwave oven, TV (6 channels), crockery, cutlery, linen and towels. Please provide own pool towels. Complementary coffee & tea provided as well as soap and shampoo. Hair dryer in each unit.
Units sleep from 2 to 5 people.
Our new rooms, called Tamboti house, is located in the same secure village as the main Selati 103 Guest Cottages (800 meters from reception) and consists of 4 separate en ’suite units – one self-catering flat which can accommodate 4 persons and three more double units, each with a fridge, kettle and basic crockery.
The units are surrounded by a lush green garden and a lovely swimming pool with kiddies pool.
We have a two communal lapas for groups and one braai facility per unit.
Activities
Information about things to do in the area, places to go as well as all the tourist attractions is available from your host, as well as in your unit.
Open vehicle game drives and night drives to the Kruger National Park can be arranged from here.
How to get here
N4 from the Highveld, east till 60 km after Nelspruit and 4km east of Malelane, turn left towards the Malelane Gate (KNPark)on R570.
After 1.2km turn at our sign towards the Sugar Factory and immediately turn out of it (80m) into our street , Selati Crescent.
Sign in at security and continue straight after the circle until no 103 Selati Crescent where the office is. We look forward to meet you there!!
Clothing & Accessories
For night drives in an open vehicle you will need some warm clothes – even in summer.
Health & Climate
We are in a subtropical area and the lowest temp is 7 degrees Celsius up to average of 21 in winter, and from 16 to 36 in summer.
Bring your towels for the swimming pool!
We do have gauze at all the doors and windows and if you use them you will sleep peaceful!
Don’t forget your precautions/medicine for malaria as we are in a semi-malaria area!
