A Zulu Love Letter
Welcome to the 6th issue of our Newsletter, bringing you good wishes across the miles plus our latest news from KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. Traditionally, Zulu love letters are messages woven in beads by Zulu maidens and sent as symbols of love or affection, and each colour means something – white for purity, black for missing you, green for pining and red for love. Ethos Marketing is very proud to represent a number of fantastic properties in KwaZulu-Natal that complement each other perfectly and form the core of our Zulu Route. Properties include:
• Cathedral Peak Hotel – Drakensberg Mountains
• Fordoun Hotel & Spa – Midlands Meander
• Isandlwana Lodge – Battlefields

• Pakamisa Private Game Reserve – Zululand
KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa is the perfect family getaway for the upcoming June half term (first week of June) or the July/August 2012 UK Summer Holidays.
Not only is KwaZulu-Natal the warmest place in South Africa between July and September, with hot sunny days ideal for outdoor adventure and activity for the whole family – but it offers some of the best off-peak rates you will find anywhere in the country! The evenings can be a little chilly so visitors are advised to pack warm jumpers for activities like evening game drives – but this is also the best time of the year for prime game viewing in KwaZulu-Natal!
Ethos Marketing’s KwaZulu-Natal based properties welcome children and have come together to create some fantastic “Family Fun under the Zulu Sun” offers based on travel between 1 – 10 June and between 23 July and 31 August 2012.
During these dates, KIDS STAY FREE when travelling with two adults. Plus kids can look forward to learning while they play on activities like “Grubby Bug” walks or taking a Zulu village tour to meet other children to see how they live and learn. Properties such as Ghost Mountain Inn and Cathedral Peak also have great facilities for youngsters plus a programme of activities that will appeal to young and old. We also highly recommend a beach add on as the province has some of the best sandy beaches you will find anywhere with warm waters for swimming and surfing!
