Our rates include:
Accommodation: Full Board (3 meals daily) Transfer to and from airstrip to camp (When applicable) Laundry is included at Selous Impala Camp. Excursions for Fly-in clients: Choice from 2 game drives, or 1 game drive and 1 boat safari per 24 hours. As an alternative we offer the option of a full day game drive with picnic lunch. Walking safaris (adults only, 16 yrs or over) may be available instead of game drives, for clients staying 2 or more nights, subject to permission from park authorities. (These may be at supplementary cost if fees are raised) Drive in clients: No activities included, except for one boat excursion per every 2 days’ stay.
Our rates do not include:
Exclusive use of vehicle or boat. A supplement of USD 100 per vehicle per day is payable for exclusive use. Beer, local and imported spirits and wines, champagne, cognacs, soft drinks, bottled water, cigars and cigarettes.
Gratuities to staff and items of a personal nature.
Camp description
8 tents including 2 family tents, overlooking the Rufiji River or lagoon and raised on wooden platforms. En suite bathrooms with flush toilets, and powerful showers with hot water on demand. Electric lights and fans in tents, from generated power. Lockup safe in tent. Swimming Pool. Comfortable Lodge overlooking the river, with sitting area, dining area, campfire, terrace and bar.
Activities
Game drives in open 4WD vehicles, birding, boating on the Rufiji River. Fly-Camping and walking may be offered depending on the season. Fishing will be charged at USD 15 per rod (3 fish max) Walking safaris may be available instead of game drives, for clients staying 2 or more nights, subject to permission from park authorities. (These may be at supplementary cost if fees are raised)
Walking Safaris not permitted for children 15 yrs and younger.
Opening dates
Year round, except for circa 25th March (depending on rains) to 1st June, when the camp is closed because rains close the airstrips.
How to get there
Numerous daily scheduled flights to Mtemere airstrip (30 mins drive from camp) from Zanzibar, Arusha & Dar. By Road through Kibiti and Mtemere Gate, or from Morogoro via Matambwe gate.

12 double tents discreetly spread out, overlooking a branch of Lake Manze in this game-rich area. En suite bathrooms with flush toilets, and sky-light showers with hot water. Thatched dining and sitting area.
Activities
Game drives in open 4WD vehicles, birding, boating on Lake Manze. Fishing will be charged at USD 10 per rod (3 fish max) Walking may be offered depending on the season. There may be an extra charge for this should the authorities increase activity fees. Walking Safaris not permitted for children 15 yrs and younger.
Opening dates
Year round, except for circa 25th March (depending on rains) to 1st June, when the camp is closed because rains close the airstrips.
How to get there
Numerous daily scheduled flights to Siwandu (1 hour drive from camp) from Zanzibar, Arusha & Dar. By Road through Kibiti and Mtemere Gate, or from Morogoro via Matambwe gate.

In order to enjoy the Kwihala Bush Experience to the full, stays are for a minimum of three nights. No drive-in clients. (guests can arrive by car, but activities will be with the manager guides)

Non-commissionable Kwihala camp is a mobile tented camp and is subject to camping fees in additional to National Park Entry Fees. (These Fees can be subject to change by the authorities)

Camp description
6 double tents located in the north of the Ruaha National Park about 45 minutes drive from Msembe air strip near to the Mwagusi River, in the Mbagi Area Site: Mwampeta 1. Sited on a hillside site away from the park roads in deepest bush and enjoys wonderful views and superb sunrises and sunsets.

Game drives in open 4WD vehicles, birding.
Opening dates
Year round, except for circa 25th March (depending on rains) to 1st June, when the camp is closed because rains close the airstrips.

11 tents including 1 family tent (with extra room with twin beds) on an ancient sand river used by game as a corridor. En suite skylight bathrooms with flush toilets, showers and solar heated water. Lockup chest in tent.
Tented sitting area with campfire, library, bar and tented dining area. Completely natural surroundings deep in the uncharted bush.

USD 15 each trip per car (up to 4 pax). There is a free shuttle service to and from Stone Town several times daily (ten minutes drive)
