CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – NEW ELLERMAN VILLA
Ellerman House is in the process of building a second villa that will comprise three bedrooms and a state-of-the-art wine cellar and wine library. The new villa will be a wonderful addition to the experiences already offered at Ellerman House To avoid any issues that may arise, we believe it is vital that you are kept informed of all building activities and the potential impact this may have on your clients.
We are now entering the final stage of construction. The first and second phases have gone without complaint, the crane has been removed, the roof is on and it will be a sealed building by 15 December 2012. Click here for the up-to-date construction report.
Please note that due to the builders’ holiday in South Africa, there will be no construction between 15 December 2012 and 14 January 2013.
