Ellerman House

Ellerman House is pleased to announce the full commencement of the building of our second Villa. It will comprise of 3 bedrooms and a state of the art wine cellar and wine library. We feel the new Villa will be a wonderful addition to the experiences already offered at Ellerman House.

We would like to keep you informed of all building activities and potential impact on your clients. We are confident that it would be limited, as it was in the first phase of construction. The dismantling and preparation of the site has gone without complaint, but feel it prudent to send out a comprehensive construction report and image, which we attach here.

Details regarding pricing, décor and services provided will be sent over the course of the next few months, so watch this space.
