Hello to Juan, Goodbye to MJ
After 8 years at Ellerman House, we bid farewell to MJ Birch. He is off to be GM at The Plettenberg and we wish him the best of luck. Juan Wolmarans joins us as the new F&B Manager, and we are thrilled to have him part of the Ellerman House family
