NEW ROOM CATEGORIES FOR ELLERMAN HOUSE
Feedback from the trade and direct clients has been clear. Ellerman House has to simplify its room categories. We listened, and have now created six categories: Classic House Room, Superior House Room, Deluxe Spa Room, Deluxe House Room, Ellerman House Suites and Ellerman House Villa. These new room categories make the Ellerman House inventory far more practical and easier to communicate to potential guests.
• Classic House Room – Room 6 (Classic room)
• Superior House Room – Room 3 (Ocean view room)
• Deluxe Spa Rooms – Spa Deck & Spa Pool (Ocean view with deck)
• Deluxe House Rooms – Room 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 (Ocean view with terrace)
• Ellerman House Suites – Suites 7 & 11 (Ocean view with terrace, lounge & dining area)
• Ellerman House Villa – 3 bedroom & 5 bedroom option

ROOM 5 / DELUXE HOUSE ROOM
We recently renovated Room 5. Previously a garden view with balcony room, in the new category it becomes a Deluxe House Room. The room has been enlarged and now comprises a lounge area, separate walk-in closet and an extended balcony offering a beautiful ocean view. Feedback from guests has been very positive. We’ll be uploading the new images to our blog and website shortly – watch this space…
ELLERMAN HOUSE VILLA 2
We will soon be redefining the essence of South Africa with the introduction of this new villa – it will challenge all existing notions of luxury in Cape Town. It promises to push the envelope of industrial design and the wine experience for our guests, and we are very proud to write this new chapter in our book.
We have entered the final stage of construction and are anticipating a completion date of August this year. The new villa will be ready to welcome guests from 1 December 2013 and we are ready to take bookings. As part of the launch celebrations we’re excited to announce a special promotion for both Ellerman House Villa 1 and Villa 2 – please see the rate sheet for full details.
