Kenya had the honor of welcoming  Pope Francis

Kenya was the first African country to host the Pope since his election in 2013. During his 3 day visit, Pope Francis celebrated mass with Kenyans and thousands of visitors from around the world , held various meetings with his Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta , religious leaders, the youth, members of the diplomatic Corp and spend time with the less fortunate members of society. He spoke on social cohesion, religious tolerance and youth related issues.  His visit deeply touched the hearts and souls of Kenyans and his trip created a strong bond in uniting all Kenyans.
