For agents with forward bookings at Marlin Lodge, we would appreciate your assistance in helping us to book your clients in alternative accommodation options. Please advise your clients that their travel insurance will be applicable during this time until the lodge’s assessors have assessed the damage after which we will endeavour to notify you immediately
More information will be forthcoming as we work around the clock to ensure that we do our utmost to make alternative arrangements for our travellers. The lodge will be closed for bookings from now until further notice. We will be accessing the damage within the next few days and will advise on a date for the re-opening of the lodge in early 2013.
