Welcome to Lengai Camp

Set in incredibly scenic Maasailand at the foot of Tanzania’s Oldoinyo Lengai volcano, Lengai Camp is a 6-tent classic safari camp with an experienced team to look after guests. The comfortable high-quality camp is an excellent base from which to explore the area around Lake Natron, Oldoinyo Lengai and all that the 1700 square kilometre “Lake Natron West” concession has to offer.

With a range of activities designed for exploring, visitors can stretch their legs, disconnect from the hustle and bustle and get away from the tourist route. Situated 3 hours drive north of Mto wa Mbu, 4 hours from Arusha (via Longido) and a day’s drive from Serengeti, the camp lies about 5 km East of the Lake Natron Road.

Lengai Camp has been operating as a private camp and is now open for bookings from the travel trade.
