This capacious residence comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, making it perfect for large gatherings of friends and family. Each of the three levels of the house is meticulously designed for comfort and luxury, with all rooms featuring air-conditioning for your convenience.

The ground level boasts a bedroom fitted with a queen-size bed, complemented by two well-appointed bathrooms – one with a bath and the other with a shower. The living space is divided into three distinct areas, alongside a dining zone and a fully-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining space is adorned with a 10-seater table and chairs, ideal for communal meals.

The first floor houses four en-suite bedrooms, offering privacy and elegance. Two of these bedrooms each include a queen-size bed and a single bed, with bathrooms featuring both a bath and shower. The third bedroom is uniquely designed with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, also with an en-suite bath and shower. The fourth bedroom, equally luxurious, comes with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The pinnacle of the house is the third-level loft room, a cozy space containing three single beds. The luxury extends outside with a vast 70-square meter balcony on the upper level, equipped with seating and gas braai facilities. The ground level opens up to a large covered patio with outdoor seating and built-in braai facilities, alongside a lapa with a firepit and 12 chairs, perfect for evening gatherings. A delightful swimming pool adds to the allure of this majestic home.

Cleaning services are provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay, with additional cleaning available upon request at an extra fee. Note that cleaning services are not available on public holidays or the housekeeper’s off day.
