The Lapa – (B & B or Self-catering) is a fully equipped self-catering unit with a braai facility. It consists of a bedroom with two single beds & a beautiful bathroom with a bath and shower. The other room serves as a kitchenette with a lounge & two single beds. DSTV & private entrance with a small garden.
The Studio – (B & B or Self-catering) next door, have two single beds, DSTV, microwave, fridge & cutlery.
Rooms 1 to 4 – (B & B or Self-catering) have two single beds, DSTV, microwave, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities & cutlery for two.
Rooms 5 & 6 – (B & B or Self-catering) are equipped with double beds as well as a single bed with all the other facilities, DSTV, microwave and also has a working station for business & the bathrooms are en-suite.

Cancellation Policies
.A guest can cancel up to 28 days prior to arrival without incurring any cancellation fees
.Guests will be contacted by the owner for an additional 50% deposit for securing the accommodation
.If a guest cancels between 28 and 14 days before arrival 50% of the deposit will be retained
.If a guest cancels between 13 and 7 days before arrival 75% of deposit will be retained
.If a guest cancels less than 7 days before arrival the deposit will not be refunded
.In the event of a no show, the deposit will not be refunded
Directions to Birch Bush B&B
From Bloemfontein, Fouriesburg and Lindley. Follow Muller street through town. When you cross a little bridge BMW will be on your left hand side. MOVE to the right lane. At the second robot TURN RIGHT. That is the N5 to Durban, Clarens and Golden Gate. From Reitz, as you get into Town the Pick and Pay centre will be on your left. Carry straight on with that road it is the N5 to Durban, Harrismith, Clarens and Golden Gate. As you go uphill it seems that you leaving town. Keep in the right hand lane. At the robot at the top of the hill TURN RIGHT. There is an Engen garage on your left hand side after turning RIGHT.
From Durban, Harrismith at the first robot as you enter town on the N5 at the first robot TURN LEFT. From the robot at the first stop, that is a four way stop, TURN LEFT, that is Baartman Street. The first street TURN RIGHT that is van Riebeeck Street, cross Edeling Street and get to a T-Junction. At the T_JUNCTION TURN RIGHT, that is Plein Street. The Third house on The RIGHT is Birch Bush. Sign on the wall.
