The Epic Guest House is situated in rustic Noordhoek, with its delightful village atmosphere at the foot of the famous Chapman’s Peak coastal drive in Cape Town, South Africa.

We offer accessible B&B accommodation for everybody – with 4 bedrooms: 2 very spacious en-suite family rooms with sleeper couch as well as 2 double/twin rooms (with their own separate bathrooms), all with disabled friendly roll-in showers and very inviting & comfortable beds. The open-plan kitchen leads to our very large lounge with fireplace and big screen TV with full DSTV and dining area with a large Mahogany table. Our Epic Guesthouse is cosy but clutter free and easy to manoeuvre for wheelchair users and able travellers alike.

Off the lounge and dining area there is a very large veranda deck with fantastic views of surrounding mountains and across the Wetlands to the Atlantic Ocean with stunning sunsets through lovely, mature trees

The pool and Braai (BBQ) area look down on the “wetland” where abundant birdlife visit our property and if you are lucky you will hear the famous call of the Fish Eagle. The large Koi fish pond is another tranquil place to relax. Beaches, shopping centre, Post office, Bank and all amenities within 3km!

Accessible vehicle for day tours and transfers are available on request.

Molo (hello) room:

This comfortable room benefits from great views across the Wetlands & tall trees. The room is furnished with a king size bed (can be twin on request) with comfortable seating area. The private spacious bathroom is separate directly outside the room. Features include: built-in wardrobe, small desk & chair, mini safe, hairdryer, linen & towels, complimentary eco-friendly bath products and coffee/tea making facilities with a chocolate treat. Patio doors lead onto the stunning veranda from where the beautiful views, sunsets and wildlife can be enjoyed.

Enkosi (thank you) room:

This spacious room benefits from 180 degree views of Chapman’s Peak and the Atlantic Ocean. The room is furnished with a king size bed (can be twin on request), as well as comfortable seating area which can convert to a sleeper couch. The spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and roll-in shower has all modern conveniences, including a heated towel rail, shaver point, excellent lighting, non-slip tiles, hairdryer and complimentary eco-friendly bath products. Other features include built-in wardrobe, desk & chair, mini safe, linen & towels and coffee/tea making facilities with a chocolate treat included.
Patio doors lead out onto the stunning Veranda from where the beautiful views, sunsets and wildlife can be enjoyed.

This cosy and comfortable room is the smallest of the guest rooms at Epic Guest House and has a Queen size bed. The separate private bathroom is just outside the room and has a roll-in shower with non-slip tiles and complementary eco-friendly bath products.

This spacious room is facing the fishpond & garden, is furnished with a king size bed (can be twin on request) and a comfortable seating area which can convert to a sleeper couch.
