• Check out time 11:00 AM.
• Check in any time after 1:00 PM.
• Rooms will be held until 5:00PM, unless other arrangements have been made.
• 50% deposit required to secure your booking.
• Balance of booked accommodation must be settled 4 weeks prior arrival;
• Deposits are non – refundable.
• Payment by credit card will attract a charge of 5% to cover bank commissions. This is over and above the deposit required.
• No cheques & Diners accepted.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum 5 night stay from 22nd December until 06 January
• Right of admission reserved;
• Triple rates no longer applicable as triple rooms no longer apply.

Cancellation policy
Should a cancellation occur, the following conditions apply:
0 – 7 days – forfeit 100% of the total accommodation.
8 – 21 days – forfeit 50% of the total accommodation.
22 – and more – full accommodation payable (excluding the deposit).
All cancellation must be done in writing.
