Bio-focussing (please visit www.biofocusing.com)
The purpose of bio-focusing is to assist and achieve healing and curing. Healing refers to the process of integrating physical, emotional and spiritual experience. This process of integration results in benefits such as personal growth, disappearance of symptoms, and contentment.
Curing refers to the absence or disappearance of presenting symptoms.
Bio-focusing teaches that healing and curing should not be separated but combined.
No special belief is required to learn bio-focusing. One needs only the willingness to begin.
Techniques of bio-focusing:
• controlled breathing
• enhanced sensate experience
• centre-ing attention
• choosing intention
• creating and allowing focus
• clinical applications
These are explained in detail in presentations and workshops where practical experience is offered. Again, explanation is helpful, but experience is the best teacher
