Tess and Ryszard Strzelecki owners of the four star Sandals Guest House in St Francis Bay strive to ensure their guests get the best dining experience possible. “All my herbs, lettuces and most veggies are grown organically on my farm,” says Tess Strzelecki. “One of our most popular meals is the SA traditional braai on the pool deck. The braai includes four meat or fish choices, salad platters, roasted vegetables and four desert choices.” Strzelecki notes that overseas tourists are often surprised by the superb quality of meat and fish available in the Eastern Cape, and the relatively low cost of it. “We can also prepare a picnic basket for river trips or for beach hikes should guests require them.”
