Sekelbos Guesthouse

The Sekelbos Guest House has a 3 Star Grading and nestles within a lush green garden adjacent to a sparkling pool and two outdoor entertainment facilities. You the business man or tourist may relax in the garden and make use of our braai facilities or get yourself in shape using our gym. Sekelbos guesthouse comprises five uniquely decorated en-suite rooms. Each unit in Sekelbos guesthouse has its’ own private entrance and is equipped with queen, double or three quarter beds to suit your needs. Coffee, tea with biscuits, television with satellite, Wi-Fi and air conditioner are offered standard per room. Sekelbos guesthouse over you private, shaded and secure parking, with remote control gates and electric fencing.

Accommodation:

Executive Room:
This room has a view on the swimming pool and lapa. It is a very spacious room with its own dinning room, air condition and television. The bathroom is exclusively tiled with a shower and large bath for that relaxing time with candles and foam. Then there is the queen size bed covered in white linen and colored full throw a dressing table and built-in cupboard. You can help yourself with some coffee and tea which will be available in the room. Nothing stops you to take 4 or 5 steps and relax a while in the swimming pool with big rocks around it creating the effect of a mountain pool.

Delux Room:
The wooden double rooms invite you into a large double room with a queen bed, dressing table, air condition and build-in cupboard. The spacious bathroom with double doors also creates a feeling of freedom. Looking out of the window seeing the green garden will definitely bring calmness in you. You can help yourself with some coffee and tea that is available in the room while enjoying your favorite television program.

Room 2:
One of our double rooms nicely decorated with dressing table, built in cupboard, air condition and television. The bath room is fully tiled with a shower. Tea and coffee can also be made in this room.

Room 3:
A twin room decorated with a special touch in color. As in all our rooms you will find a dressing table, built-in cupboard, air condition and television. Tea and coffee is also available in the room. You can just walk out of your room around the corner and experience your own private garden.

Garden Room:
What a special room, your entrance is through a few Palm trees next to the swimming pool. You outlook all these trees, big rocks, swimming pool and lapa in the background. The double bed welcomes you with the dressing table, built in cupboard, air condition and television. An en-suite bathroom with shower and modernly tiled. You can enjoy your coffee or tea in the room while enjoying your view.

Air Shows, Gymnastics, Wrestling, Target shooting, Arm Wrestling, Motor racing etc. championships are held at South Africa Airforce Base (SAAF), Matsport center, Eeufees Shooting range, Kiepersol Center and all these places are a few minute’s drive to Sekelbos guesthouse.

The Supersport cricket stadium and Loftus Versveld Stadium, which are South African landmarks, regularly hosting international cricket and rugby matches are also closely situated, together with the Centurion Shopping Centre, Centurion Boulevard and the City Lake offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Centurion has a variety of tourist attractions, including the Irene Camp Cemetery, the popular Smuts House Museum and the Air Force Memorial. The Transvaal Museum has natural history displays and is the home of Mrs Ples, the australopithecine fossil found at Sterkfontein in the Cradle of Humankind. Also worth visiting is the Cultural History Museum at the Cradle of Humankind which is 40 minute drive from Sekelbos guesthouse.

Sekelbos Guesthouse (S 25 50 86 E 28 09 33) is on the corner of Sekelbos and Starling Streets in Eldoraigne, Centurion. Take the Jean Avenue (M34) off ramp (Off ramp no 329) from the N14 (the Jean Avenue off ramp is between the Pretoria CBD and the 124 Brakfontein interchange) if you travel from Johannesburg turn off at Jean avenue (No 329) and then turn left in Jean Ave (M34) travel 3.3 km turn left in Cradock street left in Christopher and right in Starling street. The fourth street is Sekelbos street on your right. Sekelbos Guesthouse is on 1 Sekelbos street.
