Amidst a garden of indigenous fynbos and soon to be planted lavender fields, this 11ha property offers a great retreat to all nature lovers.
Abundant bird life, expanses of open spaces and majestic views from the patios overlooking a solar- heated pool all add to the splendour of the “Villa on the Bay”.
Private beach access is only 6kms away by 4 wheel drive car, or for the more energetic guests, there is a walk through a nature conservation area which takes you over the dunes to a magnificent 18 km long beach.

Suite Provence:
Luxurious French-style furnishings makes this one-bedroom unit that includes a full bathroom with bath over-looking the mountains , a seperate lounge with sleeper couch and a kitchenette with direct access to the sundowner deck, the perfect place to relax. Sleeps 2 / 3
Suite Eze:
This three bed-roomed unit with beautiful Italian décor includes; The veranda suite with Queen size bed, the smaller or children’s bedroom with 2 single beds and the Main suite with a King size bed. The Unit has its own courtyard bathroom with Slipper bath and outside shower with additional shower with toilet inside. A lounge and kitchenette and access to its own private garden.

Suite Avignon:
Can be rented in Conjunction with Suite Provence and Eze for a party of 8 – 10. Furnished with a Queen size bed, lounge and kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Sleeps 2
Renting the Villa:
The entire house with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms can be rented on request, for a party of 12 -14 people. The Villa has a vast 18m enclosed veranda with views to Cape Point, a modern kitchen, dining room with a huge fire-place for cosy winter evenings and a chic lounge with large screen TV. Available for a minimum of 5 nights throughout the year or 12 nights during December.
Ideal for Special Occasions: The upstairs verandah can comfortably seat 30+ people. Catering can be done in-house.
Weddings: An ideal venue for small wedding parties of 120/150 guests with full catering and wedding package. On request.

Our Location:
From Cape Town take the N2 national road in the direction of the airport, onward through the Strand & Somerset West area and over Sir Lowry’s Pass.
Continuing along the N2 past Grabouw and over the Houw-Hoek Pass all the way to the R43 off ramp to Hermanus.Drive along the R43 through the town of Hermanus towards Stanford and Gansbaai.
Villa di Baia is approx 30km from Hermanus; 8km past Stanford on the right is the access control gate to the farm, (just after the Walker Bay Fynbos sign).
