- Park entry fees apply at the Dukuduku and Nhlozi Gates.
Gate hours are:
- Summer (November – March): 05:00 to 19:00
- Winter (April – October): 06:00 to 18:00
- All permits issued at the entry gates must be stamped by the lodge to avoid a fee of R800 upon exit.
- Main gates are locked after hours; late check-ins must inform the lodge in advance for entry arrangements.
- No late entries are permitted through Dukuduku Gates after hours; arrangements must be made in advance for access through Nhlozi Gate.

- A levy of R100 per adult and R50 per child per night is applicable to support local conservation efforts and the Destiny House Children's home.
